My 8 year old was suspended from a Chicago public school for throwing a noodle at the ceiling of the cafeteria to get the attention of girl he has a crush on. I was told the school has a zero tolerance policy. Have you ever heard of a second grader being suspended for throwing food? I can’t find any cases online.
